JYP DISC FILTER
JK-matic disc filter backwash pressure can be as low as 1.5bar, you can achieve efficient filtration and backwashing, water saving 40%, energy saving 20%.
JK-matic disc filter has the following characteristics:
1. Diaphragm compression technology: no springs and metal plates, water and metal is not in direct contact, good corrosion resistance
2. Intake / exhaust technology: enhanced anti-washing effect, water-saving 40%.
3. Air Buoyancy Check Valve Technology: No metal or rubber in contact with water to avoid corrosion or aging.
4. Low backwash pressure: only 1.5bar, energy saving 20%.
5. Centrifuge technology: This makes the filtration and backwashing better.
6. Fast lock sealing technology: This makes maintenance easy and convenient.
Automatic intelligent equipment: no complex control system, easy to maintain.
JK-matic disc filter is divided into 2 "and
3" two specifications, each of which has five kinds of filtration
accuracy, respectively: 200μm, 130μm, 100μm, 50μm, 20μm.

Raw water quality classification
Excellent water quality: city tap water, well water extracted from a stable aquifer;
General water quality: circulating cooling water, the precipitation of treated surface water, after the effective deposition of completely biologically treated drainage;
Poor water quality: groundwater extracted from aquifers with poor water quality, groundwater that has been effectively sedimented but has not been or has been subjected to very little biological treatment, and has microbial mass reproduction;
Very Poor water quality: well water drawn from dirty or ferromanganese-rich wells, surface water affected by flooding without precipitation, and un-precipitated and biologically treated drainage.
